Marketing Manager

After four years of transforming cybersecurity, we're expanding our mission. Our new stealth health-and-fitness venture is taking aim at an ambitious goal: to prevent every avoidable procedure and save every preventable life.
About The Role
Marketing at Keytos is different from marketing in other organizations. Since we are an engineering company, we take a results-based approach to marketing, leveraging numbers and metrics to direct our marketing strategy. Your responsibilities include writing content explaining technical topics and managing the corporate YouTube and social media. In this role, you would report directly to the CEO and have the freedom to innovate and lead marketing strategies.

Requirements
- 1. A strong desire to learn about cybersecurity and create fun content that explains the concepts.

Key Responsibilities
- 1. Create engaging content for our blog and social media accounts.
- 2. Manage our participation in cybersecurity conventions.
- 3. Promote, market, and sell Keytos software solution.
- 4. Present and demonstrate the core functionality and benefits of Keytos solutions.
- 5. Interface with the key teams within Keytos such as Product Development, Project Delivery, and Sales - sharing market intelligence and potential sales opportunities.
Software Engineer (Recent College Graduate)

About The Role

Senior Frontend Engineer

About The Role
As mentioned in our culture page, we believe in empowering all our team members to do their best work while at Keytos. In this position you will be the first hire for this position giving you full autonomy to redesign our front end to make it easier for customers to use our tools. While you will have autonomy your design must be backed by data proving that we are making it easier to use our toolset.

Financial Operations Manager

About The Role
As an engineering driven cybersecurity company, we take a metrics first, precision oriented approach to financial operations. Every decision is grounded in data, modeling, and measurable business impact. In this role, you will help shape the financial backbone of a rapidly scaling SaaS company, working directly with the CEO and collaborating across engineering, product, and sales. You'll have the autonomy to innovate, streamline processes, and build financial systems that support long term growth.
About You
You are analytical, confident, detail oriented, and comfortable owning critical financial workflows independently. You thrive in fast moving environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and have a strong interest in SaaS, cybersecurity, and the economics of high growth technology companies. Requirements
- 1. A strong desire to learn the financial mechanics of cybersecurity SaaS, including ARR modeling, forecasting, and unit economics.
- 2. High energy and executive presence, with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both technical and non technical teams.
- 3. A proven track record of achievement whether in academics, sports, promotions, awards, or other competitive environments.
- 4. Comfortable operating in a fast paced, results driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- 1. Own core accounting processes, including monthly close, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
- 2. Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
- 3. Analyze SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, and gross margins to guide strategic decisions.
- 4. Support fundraising, investor reporting, and board level financial materials.
- 5. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align financial insights with operational strategy.
- 6. Ensure compliance with financial controls, documentation standards, and audit readiness.
- 7. Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve financial workflows across the organization.
