EZCMS is billed per user per month. Basic is $1 and Premium is $1.5 per user per month. Enterprise pricing is custom. You are billed for the users you onboard to passwordless credentials.

Premium adds bring your own CA support, smartcard bootstrap using Government ID and Face ID verification, a SIEM connection, and 24/7 support within 24 hours. Basic covers EZCA CA support, IT desk based onboarding, bootstrap using an existing Entra ID identity or a whitelisted domain, and smartcard ordering and logistics.

Yes, on Premium and above. Basic issues credentials through EZCA. If you already run your own CA, bring your own CA support lets EZCMS onboard users against it instead.

Basic can bootstrap a smartcard from an existing Entra ID identity or from a whitelisted domain, and supports IT desk based onboarding. Premium adds Government ID plus Face ID verification, so a remote user can be identity-proofed without visiting an IT desk.

Yes. Smartcard ordering and logistics service is included from Basic, and Enterprise adds a YubiEnterprise connection for organizations that already order through Yubico.
