What is an Active Identity?
We define an active identity as a unique user (if you are using user certificates), or device id if you are using device certificates that has authenticated during the last calendar month.
Can I Chain to an Existing CA?
Yes, while we offer a one click setup with your existing EZCA CAs, EZRADIUS was designed to work with any certificate authority in the world.
Can I Use a Dynamic IP Address?
Yes. EZRADIUS Basic includes support for dynamic IPs with RadSec (RADIUS over TLS) and EZRADIUS Dedicated and Enterprise plans include full dynamic IP address support for both Classic RADIUS and RadSec.
What is Included in the Support?
The support provided in the plan covers questions related to our toolset. Please note that Intune/MDM setup is not included in the standard support. For additional services, you can purchase our professional services.
Where is the Data Stored?
All customer data is stored in public cloud data centers within the region selected. For instance, if you choose the EU, your data will not leave the EU; if you choose the US, your data will remain within the US. No backups or data are taken outside the selected jurisdiction.
