An EZRADIUS subscription is used for billing, access control, and central configuration of your cloud RADIUS service. Each subscription can have multiple policies, so you typically only ever need one subscription per organization.

Is There a Free Trial Available?

Yes! EZRADIUS offers a fully-featured free trial plan that allows you to test out the service before committing to a paid plan. You can create a free trial subscription either through the EZRADIUS portal or through the Azure Marketplace.

How Do I Pay for an EZRADIUS Subscription?

An EZRADIUS subscription can be created and billed directly from the EZRADIUS portal, or through the Azure Marketplace. Subscriptions created through the Azure Marketplace will be billed through your Azure account and are eligible for any Azure (MACC) commitments you may have. Subscriptions created directly in the EZRADIUS portal will be billed directly through Keytos and can be paid through a credit card.

What If I Purchased an EZRADIUS Subscription via a Reseller or Partner?

If you purchased an EZRADIUS subscription via a reseller or partner such as Carahsoft or your Managed Service Provider (MSP), you can proceed to create your EZRADIUS subscription plan directly in the EZRADIUS portal. You will not be prompted for payment details, as your subscription will be billed through your reseller or partner. If you have any questions about your subscription, please reach out to your reseller or partner directly.
