Zero Trust SSH Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about Keytos EZSSH, the leading cloud-native Zero Trust SSH solution.

EZSSH Plans and Pricing

How Does EZSSH Pricing Work?

We bill based on the number of users who use EZSSH to access your infrastructure. For example, if you have 100 users in your organization but only 20 of them use EZSSH to access your servers, you will only be billed for those 20 users. This allows you to scale your usage and costs based on actual demand.

We offer three pricing tiers: Startup, Premium Support, and Business Critical Support. Startup is ideal for small teams and includes essential features. Premium Support offers enhanced support options as well as unlimited servers, SIEM integration, and more. Business Critical Support is designed for large enterprises with advanced needs, including dedicated support and extended log retention. More information is available in our EZSSH Pricing Page.

Hosting, Reliability, and Infrastructure

Is There Any Infrastructure I Need to Manage for EZSSH?

No, EZSSH is a fully managed cloud-native Zero Trust SSH solution. This means that Keytos takes care of all the infrastructure management, including server maintenance, software updates, security patches, and backups.

The only infrastructure you need to manage is your own servers that you want to secure with EZSSH. There is no agent to install on your servers, as EZSSH leverages native SSH certificate capabilities.

Integrations and Partnerships

Do I Need an Entra ID Tenant to Use EZSSH?

Yes, an Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) tenant is currently required to create an EZSSH subscription. This allows you to sign in to the EZSSH portal using your Entra ID credentials and manage your SSH policies and settings. When your users elevate their access to SSH resources, they will also authenticate using their Entra ID credentials.

Does EZSSH Integrate with Other Identity Providers Like Okta or Ping Identity?

Not yet, currently EZSSH is designed to work specifically with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) as the identity provider. We do not currently support other identity providers such as Okta, Ping Identity, or others. However, we are constantly exploring new integrations and partnerships to expand our offerings and provide more options for our customers. If you have a specific identity provider in mind, please reach out to our sales team to discuss potential future integrations.
