How to Unblock preloaded Entra CBA SmartCard

Overview

If your organization has this feature enabled you might be able to unblock your smart card by contacting your IT department and asking them for a PUK (Pin Unblocking Key).

Unblock Your Smart Card

  1. Open your EZ Smart Card tool.
  2. Plug in the smart card you want to unblock.
  3. Select the unblock page.
  4. Select the smart card you want to unblock. Unblock Smart Card Unblock Smart Card
  5. Enter the PUK your help desk provided to you.
  6. Enter a new PIN.
  7. Confirm your PIN. Unblock Smart Card Unblock Smart Card
  8. Press Unblock.
