How-To: Troubleshoot Common Issues with EZSSH

If you are having issues with your EZSSH client or instance the following menu will have the necessary troubleshooting steps to get you back up and running.

EZSSH Subscription and Configuration Issues

Users in My Organization Cannot Access My EZSSH Subscription

If other users in your organization cannot see or access your EZSSH subscription, make sure to add them as Subscription Administrators in the subscription settings. Refer to this guide for more information on how to manage your subscription and add users.

Note that permissions in Azure do not sync to EZSSH, so even if other users have access to the Azure subscription or EZSSH SaaS resource, they will not have access to the EZSSH subscription until they are added as Subscription Administrators in the subscription settings.
