How to View Network Authentication and Accounting Logs in Keytos Shield - Step by Step Guide
Keytos Shield centralizes your network audit logs and RADIUS accounting logs, making it easy to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network activity and authentication events from the Shield portal.
How to View Network Authentication Logs
Authentication Logs contain every network authentication event, including successful and failed login attempts, along with relevant details such as the username, device, IP address, and timestamp. To view them:
- Navigate to your Keytos Shield portal.
- Go to the Network Logs page of the Keytos Shield portal.
- Keep the top tab set to Authentication Logs to view network authentication events.
- Optionally change the From and To date filters to view logs for a specific time range.
- Click Get Logs to retrieve and view the network authentication logs for the specified time range.
How to View RADIUS Accounting Logs
RADIUS Accounting Logs contain detailed records of network access sessions, including start and stop times, session duration, and data usage. To view them:
- Navigate to your Keytos Shield portal.
- Go to the Network Logs page of the Keytos Shield portal.
- Keep the top tab set to Accounting Logs to view network accounting events.
- Optionally change the From and To date filters to view logs for a specific time range.
- Click Get Logs to retrieve and view the RADIUS accounting logs for the specified time range.
